Dear Natanis members and friends,

It is the dead middle of winter and I’m home in Maine , doing great besides the lack of green grass and golf flags! I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on December 19th 2004 . It was a fantastic ceremony held in the Dean Smith Center (where the UNC men’s basketball team plays) with 600 graduates and about 3,000 in attendance. My dad drove to Skidmore College to pick up my brother and from there they drove down to see me graduate!

I played tennis with Josh during the semester to work on my lateral movement, balance and eyesight. Josh and I also walked and ran about 6 miles a week. Weather permitting we played golf. UNC has a beautiful golf course on the campus and an unbelievable practice facility, which we used almost every day.

For mental exercise and to finish school, I completed the nine credit hours that I needed. The documentary that I have been telling you all about is done! That was three credit hours and I received an A on it (14 minutes). I also wrote a film history paper for three credits and studied modern music for three more. All A’s this semester!

This April Josh and I will be working at Lake Winnipesaukee Golf Club in Wolfboro , New Hampshire . I will be working in the pro-shop and Josh will be in charge of making the members feel comfortable the second they get out of their cars up to their tee-time. This private club will be a new experience for both of us…

I do not have my driver’s license yet but I have a temporary one so I can practice and I seem to be doing fine, I might go for it soon.

This summer I hope to play in the Women’s Amateur Championship again with new goals. Last year you all know that my goal was to finish from a cart. Well this year I will try to walk and finish in the top 10.

Josh and I are here in Maine until the snow melts and we can start our jobs in NH. Until then we are substitute teaching. We are going to elope sometime this summer!
