Natanis Spring Letter 2007                   

Dear Natanis Members and Friends,  

                We hope this Spring finds you in good health and with high expectations for the season.  The course looks to be in great shape. Having opened for two weeks in January 2007, we are quite confident that we will be ready to go when the snow melts.  Natanis was open 11 out of the last 12 months!  There is little to no frost, making us one good rainstorm and some extended warm weather away from opening.  

                Allen, his assistant superintendent Chuck, head mechanic Alden and handy man Reggie have been finishing the final construction of the new maintenance building.  We have also torn down the little gray building next to the clubhouse to make room for a future reception facility.   

                The clubhouse is currently being stocked for the upcoming season.  The new Nike drivers and balls are in, as are Titleist, Cobra, Ping and Callaway products  (putters, hybrids, irons, balls, shoes, etc.).  As usual there will be a sale on last year’s equipment and specials on this year’s new products at the Open House.  Dick is available for anyone looking to get a jump on being custom fitted for clubs or re-gripping and repairs.  There will also be a two-day sale on cart cards during the Open House.  

                As you will notice in your envelope there is an insert this year from Mark Paine and his company, the folks building the condos next to the 11^th hole of Arrowhead.  He will be supplying light appetizer fair for those who come to the clubhouse during the Open House on Saturday.  He is hoping that some of you will be enticed into visiting his Open House at the condos.  If you haven’t seen the construction project in detail, the stonewall at the entrance is worth a look by itself.  We wish him well in his new enterprise. 

                This year’s Open House will be March 17^th and 18^th from 10a.m. to 4 p.m.   We hope you will all be able to attend.  We look forward to seeing you.
